How I work
I believe that life is a mix of both beautiful and difficult moments. To me, a balanced life starts with understanding yourself, accepting things as they are, and living in line with your values.
I create a space where you can safely explore your feelings without judgment. I listen closely to what you’re saying, and what you’re not saying, to help you see the big picture. I’m thorough with the tools I use, always tailoring them to you.
My approach is influenced by my training at the Academy for Coaching & Counselling in the Netherlands. Based on your specific needs, I will guide you through exercises and practices to help you feel calmer and clearer.
