
About me
Let me share a little about myself. Before becoming a coach & counsellor, I spent a decade in accounting and finance, living in Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands. I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate international, high-pressure environments while trying to maintain a sense of balance.
Through therapy, self‑reflection, and training, I learned to understand my own patterns of overthinking, soften my self-talk, and listen more closely to what really matters to me. This enabled me to reduce my stress and build a life that felt more balanced and grounded in my own values.
Today, I use my experiences and training to help my clients feel calmer, worry less, and build a more balanced life. I work in English with clients in the Netherlands and around the world, often with expats and internationals who are navigating life abroad and the extra stresses that can come with that.
Alongside my coaching and counselling training at the Academy for Coaching & Counselling in the Netherlands, I’m also a certified yoga teacher and reiki practitioner. This experience allows me to support both mind and body in a gentle, holistic way.
