Workshops and Team Days

Practical mindfulness, creative collaboration, and space to help your team understand stress, pause, and connect.

Most people I know have experienced (or are currently experiencing) stress at work. I have been there too.

For over 10 years, I worked in corporate accounting. I know how easily work stress can follow you home, how tiring it can be to get caught up in overthinking about a project, wanting everything to be perfect, or trying to make everyone happy.

Those experiences are what inspired me to explore mindfulness and become a coach. I found ways to stay calmer under pressure, get curious about my thoughts and patterns, and reconnect with myself and the people around me.

Everything I facilitate is an open invitation. There is no expectation to share, pretend everything is fine, or perform.

How to Bring Me to Your Team

Ways We Can Work Together

Team workshops can be tailored to what your people need most—from a focused 2-hour session to a half-day or a full-day offsite retreat. I can join you on-site at your office, at your offsite venue, or facilitate virtually.

Here is an example of what a full team day could look like, the activities below can also form shorter workshops, shaped around your team’s needs.

Morning: Landing & Understanding Stress

• Arrival & image association game
A gentle, low-pressure way to check in and connect.

• Guided grounding meditation
Arriving in the room and noticing breath and body.

• Understanding Stress
A practical, reflective workshop exploring how stress shows up in our thoughts and bodies. Includes private journalling and simple mindfulness tools to take into everyday work.

Midday: Movement & Nourishment

• Wonder Walk
A mindful walk outside to step away from screens, tune into our senses, and connect with nature and each other.

• Mindful lunch
Time to slow down, really notice the food in front of us, and enjoy a tasty meal together.

Afternoon: Mindset & Creative Connection

• From Problems to Creation
Exploring how to move out of focusing on problems, judgment, or firefighting, and into curiosity, asking for help, and creative problem-solving.

• Team Painting
A playful, collaborative painting session. Space to explore perfectionism, let go of outcomes, spark childlike wonder, and connect by making something together. (no painting experience required)

• Closing reflection & gratitude
Noticing what we're grateful for and what we've learned before heading home (...or continuing with a borrel).
